PvP scaling is a thing added in BFA, that makes it so you deal a hidden amount of damage and healing to other players, to make up for the difference in gear (you won't be able to see the true numbers yourself).

In this video, it is an extreme case of PvP scaling, that is given to frost mages ability Frostbolt and Flurry (could be other spells too but haven't checked all of them)

It is around a 8000% damage boost. It differs a bit depending on which level the lowbie mage is.

This causes their Flurry hits, that looks like it is doing 61 damage (on the mages screen), actually do about on level 120s.

After this massive damage increase, we are going to boost the mages damage by another 1000%. We give them a 1410 intellect boost from the traits Stand as One (or Collective Will). For a low level, this intellect boost is MASSIVE. Resulting in their abilities hitting around 57k afterwards.

Well the mages cast time is still quite slow, thats why we using our last trick, help from Mr. Munchykins

This is a trinket you can give to other people. We will grant the mage a 990 haste boost (which is about 300% haste at level 20) leading to them being able to cast a Flurry every
Overall, this leads to DPS around 200k on enemy players at 120!
A total damage increase of 100 000%, with the mages damage going from 61 to 61k (the last bit thanks to war-scroll of intellect)

Now, the revenge of the lowbies can begin!
