Purvanchal Expressway

With the Construction of Purvanchal Expressway, accelerated convenient mode of Transportation shall be available between the Eastern boundary of the State and the National Capital via State capital through other similar Expressways in the State viz. 'Agra to Lucknow Expressway' and 'Yamuna Expressway'
Being an Access Controlled Expressway, it would provide benefits like fuel saving, time saving and Control in Pollution level, along with reduction in accidents.
The areas covered by this Expressway would be benefited in Social & Economical way. The agriculture, commerce, tourism and other industrial development will also get a fillip.
Industrial Training Institutes, Educational Institutes, Medical Institutes, New Townships and other various Commercial set ups shall be developed, especially near the Expressway areas, which will result into more opportunities for employment in the region. The overall social/economic development in the state will get a boost.
The proposed Expressway will prove to be a catalyst for development of the region and State.
The proposed Purvanchal Expressway getting connected with existing Agra-Lucknow Expressway shall become a vast Industrial Corridor connecting Eastern boundary to Western boundary of the state which will result into overall development of the state.

Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway

Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway is an under-construction 885-kilometre-long (550 mi) controlled-access expressway, which will connect Delhi with Amritsar in Punjab and Katra in Jammu & Kashmir. It will be constructed as part of the Bharatmala project. The project is expected to cost Rs 35,000 crore.

Chennai-Bangaluru Expressway

Chennai-Bengaluru expressway is a green-field alignment project with a proposed closed toll system. There are two roads that presently connect the capitals of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. One is through Hoskote (Bangalore)-AP then to Chennai and the second is through Electronic City (Bangalore) Hosur in Tamil Nadu and then to Chennai. The alignment of the proposed Chennai-Bengaluru expressway will be passing in between these two connecting roads. The processes of getting environment clearances and other pre-construction activities have been initiated and are under progress.

Mumbai–Nagpur expressway

Mumbai–Nagpur Expressway (also known as Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) is an under construction, 701 km (436 mi) long, 8 lane expressway, connecting the two capitals of Maharashtra, Mumbai and Nagpur. The expressway will run through 10 districts, 26 tehsils, and 390 villages in the state and is expected to cut travel time between the two cities to 8 hours. The project is expected to cost Rs 46,000 crores and requires the acquisition of 8,603 hectares of land.
